Who's the Best Tattoo Artist in Newport Beach on the Peninsual?

I recently got a small tatt on the peninsula in newport beach, ca
and now im looking for the best tattoo artists here to finish this puppy up.
I have a small tattoo on my inner arm and i want it to be a finished shaded piece.
Any recommendations on any nice artists ?
