I’m looking for an artist who’s really good with tribal designs. The price is not an issue, I just want a tattoo design of good quality. I’m looking to use paypal as a form of payment as the transaction will be strictly via internet. Does anyone know where Id be able to find some artists?

Usually the tattoo artist you plan on using will draw one up for you but you can always try http://www.deviantart.com there are hundreds of artists on there and most go through paypal, you’re sure to find someone to do it for you.
Normally people have the artist doing the tattoo, design it.

It’s a website where you look through thousands of designs. Then I had my artist rework it a bit and make it unique for me.
Someone I know hired a graphic artist to work up her half sleeve. She then took the art to her tattooist and went from there.
Instead of strictly doing it on the net, I would look for someone at the local college in the art department. BUT the best person to work with is a tattoo artist.
