Tattoo Removal Non Laser

Do any non-surgical tattoo removal methods really work?

I’ve been looking at some salt abrasion things and creams, and I need to know if anything really works. I love my tattoo on the back of my neck, but I need to enlist in the Marine Corps in order to get a foot in with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Needless to say, the Marine Corps won’t accept me with a tat on the back of my neck.

I’m trying to avoid the option of laser or light surgery…any success stories out there with other methods?
The army and navy seem to not have a problem, but the marines are just damn picky. Hopefully I can see what I can do. Thanks for the info!

I have seen some that tried and failed. To be even more honest, the end results were very bad and would have been better left alone. You’d almost be tattooing flesh color over it and trying to get away with that.
Heather, I grew up not far from Camp Lejune, and my unit in Iraq worked closely with 1st Marine Div from Pendleton, so I have to ask – why the Marines for a way into the FBI? I have great respect for the Corp, and am not knocking them, just saying, if your end goal is the FBI, there are other, more sure ways to do that.
