Laser tattoo removal in RI/MA/CT area?
I did a whoopsie and got an obnoxiously placed tattoo (the eye of horus on my lower stomach, left and right). Because they sit way too close together I’m researching laser removal. But I’m having a hard time figuring out who is reputable and who is not. I know it’s painful, etc. I’ve had this tatt for less than a year and would like to begin removal next fall due to the cost and hopefully since it’s fairly ‘fresh’ it’ll be easier? There is no color it’s all black.
My plan when I’m completed with the process is to get it covered; would there be discoloration where the laser removal was done?
The laser removal will not remove all of the colour, especially seeing as though its all black. It will fade it obviouslly, but may make it patchy.
You want to get it covered, so laser removal may be the way to go, as if theres quite alot of black it may be hard to put something over it without it showing through.
My advice to you, would to go to a tatto artist and discuss the cover up first, You may find a design that you like together that will cover the old tattoo without the need for the lasers. saving time, pain and alot of cash.
