Does a Dr. have to perform the procedure for tattoo removal?
I just called a place that does laser tattoo removal. I spoke with the nurse, and she was very knowledgable about the whole thing (they use a IPL laser)……after she was all done talking she told me she does most of the treatments. Is this okay that she is doing it and not the actual Dr?

A technician can do it – and usually it will be the technician and not the doctor – you will have all pre and follow up appointments with a doctor though.
