The neck tattoo removal, what do you think? In PA?
Has anyone had a sensitive spot where you removed a tattoo? Or know someone? I have a large tattoo on his neck (in front of my neck) I do regret strong, and I'm looking into laser hair removal. However, I can not find any local place. Also, if you know of any laser tattoo removal clinics / doctors in Pennsylvania, drop a note of that. I'm trying to find things, but it has been difficult.
