Can anyone tell me a website where I can visit to get advice on tattoos? I have a picture in mind that I would like to know what ideal sizing is, rough cost, colour advice, etc.
its best to go the a local shop and show them your idea and they will let you know how much it will be.
getting an online quote won’t be that helpful cause shop has different pricing scales and also it also depends on the how skilled the artist is.
in some chop shops it will be cheap but most likely you will have to get it fixed and that can get costly.
