@Retrocky White ink can not always be removed. Sometimes white ink can turn black with laser removal treatment. This happens when there is a metallic ink that oxidizes. More common with permanent make up not body tattoos. Black ink generally removes the best with a ND:YAG laser.
@Retrocky Red ink generally removes well but slower then black ink. However many factors can come into play here. A evaluation and medical history would be advised to have a professional opinion.
