That is ridiculous. Your soldiers are sent off to die for your country and all the government care about is how they look as they die, your already the most hated country in the world so how would that make a difference?

this isnt the army. theyre Marines and there are already enough retards out there making the Marine Corps look bad. This tattoo policy is a good thing for the Corps, with the exception of a few elements
they want to portray a profesional image. personally i dont see the point of banning the tattoos… but i can understand where they are coming from. its a corprate decission, not a political/moral one.

as far as currently policy stands… in the air force i think it’s no more than 1/4 of your forearms and no face or neck tattoos… otherwise they don’t really care if it’s not showing.
the only limitations that i know of in the marine corps is no tattooes on your right forearm. b/c that is the arm you salute officers with. and also no face or neck tattooes
if they limit the number get a mega tat
marines have it the toughest and higher chance of dying, you’d think they’d have a bit more freedom
What is the recidivism rate for gang members that get free tattoo removal? Is it lower than gang members that keep their tattoos?
