How can I lighten my tattoo?
I have a tattoo on the underside of my right wrist that I want to fade. It’s relatively new (about 2 months) and black writing. I want to fade it so that I can get a cover-up. Laser removal is way too expensive so I figure a cover-up would be easier, but since my tattoo is black ink, i”m not sure if I CAN get it covered up. Any suggestions?
