where can i find a christian tattoo artist with prophetic gifting that can design a (specfic) tattoo for me based on what God says it should look like… and will do it free… just design i have a person to ink it

Please show me actual scripture in the bible it self where it says that God is against Tattoo’s.! I go by scripture alone, not what someone may want to make out of the bible. the actual Chapter and verse please
