How much should I charge for a tattoo design sketch?
I have a sketch that two of my friends are using as a tattoo design. They want to pay me for it, but I am not sure how much to charge for it. If anyone can help me out that would be great! Thanks in advance.
Definitely NOT half the price of the tattoo… really! First off, they’re your friends, so right there you should be a little bit more lenient. Personally, when I go to tattoo parlors and they draw me up a sketch, they charge me around $20 for an average tattoo (not too big, not too small, not too detailed, etc.). If it’s really detailed, large, etc, I’ve had it go up to $40. If it’s really small, I’d say around $10.
